4BHK Residential Vastu – Urban Apartment
This case study is of a 4BHK residential apartment designed for a family of four.
The house was structurally complete and was under the interior execution phase when we were approached.
The client approached us with curiosity to understand Vastu Shastra and how spatial energy influences daily life and well-being.
The assessment was conducted using traditional Vedic Vastu principles.
Key aspects evaluated included:
- Directional alignment using a compass
- Placement and functional usage of rooms in relation to the five elements
- Condition of the Brahmasthan and active Marma points
- Balance of earth, water, fire, air, and space within the overall layout
Vastu corrections were suggested through:
- Subtle elemental balancing remedies
- Direction-specific energy activation
- Correction of main entrance alignment
- Enhancing clarity and openness of the Brahmasthan
No structural changes were required. The corrections were planned to integrate seamlessly with the ongoing interior work.
When central and elemental balance is restored, the house naturally begins to support the people living inside it — emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
